Facebook jumped the shark.

I felt sorry for MySpace. I've decided to pull my social networking plug all together. No more Facebook. Sorry Social Networking Friends. I found myself spending hours upon hours stocking other people's profiles. I'm hoping I can spend this extra time towards more constructive projects for my own website and other side jobs. I'm still your friend in real life. If you are my real friend and want to talk to me you already know how.

I said arriba derchi to MySpace last night. For all those kids who still wish to social network with me feel free to catch me on Facebook. Which, in my opinion is much more superior for spying and stocking on your friends. Social Networking is no longer a fad it's the norm. Thanks myspace.

You can go ahead and feel good for today because you were able to stay up with the rear of the 300M. Conditions were slushy and I guarantee you had better tires then me at least all weather tires. Next time, and there will be a next time. Conditions will be drier where you'll find out your little Scion is no match for the 300M Special even if your tC is a sleeper.

Safari 3.2.1

The new update for Safari (web browser) has seriously been pissing me off. I loved the browser because it hardly ever crashed on me. Since Apple released this new update it's been crashing on me after a couple minutes of use. What a bummer, anyone else having this problem? Guess Mozilla will have to suffice for now until things hopefully improve on the Safari front.

The new DC-In board has been kicking ass. The G4 can finally recharge it's battery.
Let me holler at ya for a second. Holla! Holla! Holla! Holla!

Touching Logic Boards

The G4 is back up and running. It's finally getting the power it needs
to operate. It took a couple hours to tear it apart and reasemble.

Living In The Fast Lane

Whelp, I ordered a new part for my Powerbook this morning which means I should have it sometime Wednesday from the snail mail. Then I'm facing a couple hours of work dismantling my computer yet again. Hopefully, the surgery goes well. *Crossing Fingers*


Side Note: I had these little babies made up for my nieces for Christmas. With some sweatshop work from my Mom and conceptional ideas from yours truly these fine creatures were made. I believe they turned out nicely. ::Prototypes::

The G4 is Out of Commission Again.

I'm bummed. I've lost my Powerbook G4 again. My DC-In Board (the actual input for the power adapter) went out on me. It's fixable, once I get my hands on replacement part. It's looking like I'm going to have to order one online. No one in town stocks and sells Apple parts. Or at least none that I've found yet. No quick fixing this round. I guess I'll just have to wait. That little computer is a major element in my everyday life. Which is probably sad, yes. But it's true, it's my little buddy. I get a lot done with that little mother. It has been a part of my life for the last four years.

I realize one day I'll need to retire this little guy. Until Apple creates another 12" bundle of kick ass the Powerbook G4 will be my weapon of choice.
